Really worth the detour from the main valley road (about 20 minutes each way, plus about 1hr roundtrip walk from the Schönblick point + the time you spend there, altogether 2 solid hours). Spectacular landscape, of unbelievably thin earth needles supporting stones. Nicely made easy path allowing perfect views. A must.

A must see when you visit Naturns. Opening hours are very limited, but worth pencilling in for a Thursday or Sunday. There is a lady that provides explanations on the frescos and history of the church.

Visit Prösels Castle and spend unforgettable hours in the historic courtyard, in the idyllic chapel, the cosy fireplace room, the splendid knight's hall, the private rooms of the Count? Leonhard von Völs and in the terrifying armoury. Prösels Castle, which is open from 1 May to 31 October, can also be hired for unforgettable celebrations (weddings, work anniversaries, birthdays).
