Semi-private golf club in Kitty Hawk.
Full disclosure: I am a member here. However, one of the reasons I joined was the well kept golf course. There is always balls available on the range, the putting and chipping greens are near the 1st and 10th holes, and the personnel there are very professional. In addition to the golf course, there are plenty of Har-Tru tennis courts, a well equipped gym, conference room space, and a decent 'Bistro'/bar. There are plenty of options on whatever type of food you like.

Located on the way to The Outer Banks, this course is a must-play. Continuously rated as a top golf course by golf advisor, The Carolina Club's lush, perfectly manicured greens and fairways keep OBX golfers coming back. Both challenging and enjoyable: you'll love our course, staff and the time you spend at The Carolina Club
Just played 9 holes with my husband. He has played for years and I have played for 4 years. Challenging for me but not ridiculous. Clubhouse had good food.

My brothers and my son had a great golf experience at this venue. One of the most memorable characteristics was the wonderful shape the greens and fairways were maintained.

Played 18 holes with my wife and friends who are residents. The course is both fair and challenging. The long waste bunkers also serve as the cart paths on several holes.

I have been a member of the great club for over 4 years and could not be happier. It is semi-private at this time. The club was nice when I joined, it is incredible now due to a wonderful member and his dad who have re-done the course, remodeled the club house on the sound, will be re-doing the tennis courts and club house, has put in new pickle ball courts, added a gym, re-done the pool, got us new carts, new parking lot, and other terrific items too numerous to mention. Club has golf, sport and social memberships, so you can pick and choose whichever you like, all at reasonable rates, quite a bit lower than I expected when I moved here. Did I mention the food? I eat there 3 times a week and it is varied and tasty. Come on down, try the course and other amenities. Your will be pleased. Bob Ross
