Booked online and visited with my partner who enjoys a bit of football and foot golf. We were both impressed with how big it is and both had a lot of fun! The lady who took our booking was very kind and explained everything well. Happy and left me wanting to try foot golf again.

1st time playing golf and it was fantastic - Julie on the phone was great and also in person - so friendly - thank you. Great facilities and very safe re Covid rules. The course is just right and in fantastic condition and not too busy. All the other players were really friendly too and a good mix. Met Bob, the owner and he was really welcoming too. Easy to hire clubs and balls - so i could cycle as nice cycle racks by front door! We will definitely be back, David and Gordon.

Brampton Park Golf Club

Brampton Park Golf Club has developed as a traditional course of 6310yds with graceful mature trees and a host of attractive water features. Boundaried on one side by the River Great Ouse, the course has options for all skill levels but will be especially appreciated by players who can think their way around the strategically placed hazards and fiendish doglegs. We also offer modernised event spaces and a renovated bar with regularly updated seasonal menus.

Girton Golf Club

Enjoy the easy walking around Girton's parkland setting but the mature trees will make for an exceptionally challenging round. The fairways can be quite tight and approach shots to the cleverly designed par 3's certainly require accuracy and with three daunting finishing holes (including one of the longest par fives in the county), every round will be one to remember

Having visited the course before was looking forward to a good days golf, Girton again came up trumps even with the redeveloping of some holes the course was still in great condition even though it had rained on the days leading up to our visit, club house fantastic as were the staff, also food faultless, will be back again for sure either as a society (U3A), or as a friendly fourball. Again many thanks for making us feel so welcome.

Stayed in Wentworth 1, for a week, and here is my review, The lodge was fine very neat and clean, just a couple of minor faults which are not picking but think worth noting. We had an ironing board but no iron, but reception offered to lead us one if required. Not enough cutlery plates at, if you have a dishwasher ,its no good using a knife , then having to dishwash it, to use another one, cutlery , plates, etc can be bought for pennies nowadays, so why not. Other niggle was that tv in bedroom, actually meant tv in twin double room, as a couple this meant we had a choice of sleeping in twin room, or sleeping in room with no tv.Enough about the lodge, these are minor details, very clean and spacious. The clubhouse is adequate, but no sky tv, so could not watch football, and nowhere local either.WiFi, is only accesible if you pay for it, and it is too expensive, in these days this is completely unacceptable, you get this free in most places, and at least the clubhouse area, should offer free internet. Much of the paperwork suggests fishing is free, it's not if you hire a lodge, very confusing, and to be honest I would not bother, you only have to stand by the lake, and the fish jump out, don't bother taking rods, its just not worth it.Also it seems you can only fish if you hire a lodge on the lake, I am not sure if any of the staff actually knew what was going on with fishing, but like I say, don't bother. The leisure complex is brilliant, pool, clean, sauna and steam room, cracking, cafe nice, well worth the visit, had food twice in the restaurant , very nice, good value on the carvery. Staff, we're brilliant too, very helpful, polite, could not ask for more. The golf course was in lovely condition, and the greenstaff should be applauded , not my first visit, but a big improvement on last time, greens were great. If you are a golfer, a great place to stay, and worth coming, just to play it. Overall, a lovely week, minor changes would help, more and more lodges every time we visit, other places like this have overdeveloped, I hope this does not happen here. Well done Tydd st Giles.

I’ve lived in this area and had no idea Whaddon Golf Centre existed until recently. It’s a good par 3 course in a really nice setting. The driving range is good and reasonably priced so definitely somewhere to get the practice in. The staff are very friendly so all in all this is somewhere I’d recommend
