Golf course is in great shape. Staff is terrific. Great golf day. Golf was followed by a wonderful lunch in the Grill Room where the food is very good & the service is too. Seating is @ social distancing inside, or sitting outside under a canapé.

Club at Emerald Hills

Reviewed By leighlaurence - London, United Kingdom

I am on holiday from the UK and decided to play a round today at The Club at Emerald Hills which was recommended by the resort I am staying. I am a 16 handicap and found the course to be fair but very challenging (I was paired up with a 6 handicaper who also found it challenging). The greens were excellent and the fairways immaculate for a municipal course. Be warned there is quite a lot of water which can come into play if not hitting the ball straight! The practice facilities were very good with a well maintained driving range and chipping area. The cost of the round was 59$ inc buggy and I hired brand new excellent Titleist clubs at 35$. These rates were reduced as the club has a deal with Marriott vacation club owners. I believe the cost for Florida residents is as low as 37$. Finally and most importantly, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Well worth a visit if you looking for a round!

Plantation Preserve Golf Course

Our group consisted of 8 players that had handicaps ranging from 4 to 15, and the consensus is that it challenged all the senses. The water hazards come into play for long hitters and pin point placement of your tee shot determines your next shot into the greens. Speaking of greens, they are not as fast as others around nor are they tricky to read, but depending on your putting level, the roll true. Staff are friendly and the bar maid was super friendly and considerate. She even brought out our lunch to minimize the wait around the turn. Would definitely play this course again on my next visit.

Pembroke Lakes Golf Club

Any review regarding golf that says this course is less than 5 stars is false. We live in a world where you get what you pay for and this course gives you more. It was about $50ish for 18 holes w cart for non pines residents and $40 something for residents. Great pro shop with everything you could need, great staff and course is in excellent shape. You go to any other course in the area and the greens will be patchy and the fairways like cow pastures. Literally the only issue with the course is the tee time bookings via phone. They wont allow tee times more than 5 days in advance which I guess keeps their books organized by week. Highly recommend this course. Don’t trust other reviews unless you’re a professional golfer who has extremely high taste in golf courses

We played here as group of intermediates with three teenage boys in tow. Really warm welcome from Douglas and the course was in great shape with a good mix of some easier and some more challenging holes. A real hidden gem away from the crowds in Orlando!
