We have been to many wine tastings in Italy. This one was among the very best! Part of the reason is that it is so much more than wine -- the history, the Baron, the spectacular vistas, the vineyards, the production process, the bovine, the olive oils,and associated products, the food spead that accompanied the wine tasting, all spectacular! My wife brought some olive oil based mosturizer back which we purchased at the shop - Crema 24H. If you are into such things, do yourself a favor and get several jars. She is lamenting that it is almost gone and raives but its effectiveness. Not available in the states. Definiely a gem in Calabria.
