Named for a local swamp fish, Paraty sits on Brazil's southeastern coast, 125 miles south of Rio, with the Bocaino Mountains at its back. The small colonial town's center is a national historic monument with well-preserved buildings on its pedestrian-only streets. Take a boat trip out into the bay to the flotillas of islands and coves nearby. Explore sugarcane plantations and hike or take a train through Atlantica Forest. Keep an eye out for the monkeys that roam the cobblestone streets.

The Pedra Branca property is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Paraty, the Pedra Branca Vale, a well preserved location, with beautiful waterfalls, besides view of the sea and mountain range. The property is cut through one of the original patches from the Estrada do Ouro, in a region with a lot of Cachaça producers. It is on this historic and cultural atmosphere, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and the beauty of the Paraty Bay, that it was born the Cachaça Pedra Branca, the most recent addition to the Paraty family. Between our products, it is possible to relish Pedra Branca Ouro (Gold), Prata (Silver), Drinks, Caramelada (Ginger), besides the Cravo e Canela (Cinnamon and Clove), the last two being infusions with the sugar cane syrup, in addition to our line of liqueurs produced with our Cachaça and exclusive Pedra Branca flavors, besides locally produced artisanal deserts. Open daily for visitation, tasting and sales: Monday to Monday: 10am 5pm
