We came here to pick out a kite for our son and were amazed by the selection of kites, beach toys and rubber band guns. This is the best shop in Ocean Shores.

We came to the coast for the week and couldn’t resist stopping into the local quilt shop. We visited this shop and absolutely adored it. They had a great selection of fabric with a wide variety of prints and patterns, along with tools and crafting needs that were beyond what we were expecting. Aside from the lovely, quality fabric, the owners were the heart of the experience! They were so kind and helpful. They welcomed the children (quilt shops are not my kiddos’ favorite activity) and had dishes of bubble solution and wands for them to play with and even offered them little cookies. They were patient and made our experience that much more enjoyable for ALL of us! I would highly recommend this shop, you will not be disappointed!

I visit Buddy And Howies about once a month to buy taffy for coworkers when I am in Ocean Shores. I live over 100 miles away, but choose to buy my taffy there The people there are always helpful and friendly, particularly Melanie, who truly goes out of her way to help customers. I look forward to my visits to their candy store. A coworker, Joyce S wrote a bad review last month. She said she was sent there by me, her work friend. Joyce is not my friend, and I would never send her to buy taffy for me. She was demanding and confrontational while shopping in the store, and was very rude to the people working there. She came to work the next day laughing about her experience in the store and bragging about her rude comments to them. I believe that they were professional and polite to a generally mean, rude woman. Please try this store. Their candy selection is amazing and the people who work there are truly wonderful .

First Cabin is in a new location!! The best gift shop in Ocean Shores has moved a few blocks down the street and is now located in a free standing building that is part of the Sea Ray Plaza sharing a parking lot with The Eagles and Our Place restaurant (among a few others). Same high quality gifts and jewelry - truly a joy to shop! The shop has an ample parking lot and even has some RV friendly parking along Ocean Shores Blvd. Hubby bought my Christmas present there - love this shop!!

The owners were so sweet and attentive. Bumped my head and they quickly responded to see if I was ok. I bought two sets of Russians dolls and we chatted. So sad to hear they were moving out of state. God bless them. I should have prayed for them. Lord Jesus thank you for their hearts and faith in you. Bless them as they start over in a new location. Amen

Tsunami Gems is the most unique wave to have hit The Northwest coast of Washington in a long time. This quaint little shop (1200) sq ft holds the biggest little secret on the beach. From fine jewelry to candles and soaps, local northwest art as well as great finds from around the world. Oh and 1000'S of Specialty beads and findings. Expect the unexpected, stop in if only to enjoy our surroundings.
