The Atelier des Vignerons is a showcase for Languedoc wines. Carefully selected for their quality and the care taken in their production, each wine has a story to tell which Laurence or Julien will be delighted to explain. Quality and refinement reflect the charm of the Venitian style atmosphere, making the Atelier des Vignerons a place not to miss to discover the region's rarest and most delicious wines.
I am a great admirer of this amazing wine shop. As we cannot go to France right now I ordered wines for delivery to the U.K. If you spend 10 euros a bottle the delivery is free. The wine left Limoux on Tuesday and was delivered to London on Thursday. No supplier in the UK can match this! What’s more the wines are fabulous!

Cyril, the owner, and his team will share the passion of vinegar with you : he is a wine and vinegar maker. More than 60 traditional products (vinegars, wines, olive oils, and aperitifs) will lead you to unexpected tasting, such as a candied fig balsamic vinegar, or an olive oil, pressed from fermented olives and which is rarely produced in France. A treat for the eyes and the tastebuds, for the whole family !
Firstly, congratulations on being one of the very few shops open in Lagrasse on a rather miserable January weekday. Secondly, thank you for your amazingly cool shop, and your warm welcome - very informative but with no sales push. I asked you about what vinegar to use with chips!! On your recommendation we ended up buying the 15 year aged vinegar and it is fabulous! We will definitely be back to try your other flavoured vinegars and your balsamic vinegars, all of which look amazing. Thank you, we really enjoyed our visit.

What a fabulous afternoon in the (sweltering!) heat at Moulin De Lène. Delightfully hosted by Francoise, we all had the perfect mix of generous wine tasting, humour and good company. The knowledge and history of the location and the specific grape combinations was perfect, as was the pace of the tasting and the process of acquiring some of the delicious wines on offer. We would heartedly recommend a visit to this special place - we were Very well looked after and will be coming back in the near future! Thanks Francoise and Benjamin!!! As part of our recent visit to Carcassonne we enjoyed a great tour of the new town with Brent and stopped by chocolatier extraordinarie Phillippe. His chocolates were fabulous; his presentation superb; and his knowledge which he shared with us informative and delightful. Well worth a return visit for more of his delights! Gordon and Pauline
