Langkawi is a serene archipelago of 140 islands – only a few of which are inhabited. The largest of these is the eponymous Langkawi Island, which has UNESCO World Geopark status because of its richly populated (by wildlife, that is) conservation areas. The best way to experience these ecological wonders is from high above, on the Langkawi Sky Bridge that stretches above the rainforest. Cheekily-named Pregnant Maiden freshwater lake is a great place to take a dip or play keep-away with the kleptomaniac monkeys.

I love the fact that this place has books in so many languages. I am always able to pick up a few interesting reads in English and Russian. Prices are reasonable, around RM16 per book (depending on the title).

Was on vacation with 3 young children for a week in Langkawi. This boutique have so many signage advertise on mini billboards along the roadside and was attracted to pay a visit. Located well in the hotel Lobby at Adya Chenang , very easy access coz its really closed to Chenang Mall and frontage of the hotel and Dataran Chenang. The boutique itself not so big nor small to be called an outlet, however once you step in, you will amazed with amount of branded handbags from many famous brand all over the world. Seems like you are in Handbags world- (i myself loves handbags) so it was really great to see something special that we found in Small Island. I really thought that Langkawi will not take a lot of my money for shopping , but its too bad, this boutique gave me lots of craving. Since im a handbag lover and i found that their item are authentic and most of it still have the origin Labels/Price tag from the store. Thumbs Up to the sales person/manager that gave us very warm service and i finally ended up with 2 handbags for myself and they also have items for children that i believe any kids would be Calm and Comfy to let you shop while they shopping too for both boys and girls. I highly recommended anyone poppin in to Langkawi Island, This Mini Boutique is A Must stop place and worth to grab at least 1 item for souvenir. Not forgetting, they also have many Hard Rock Cafe Original T-shirts if you collect them. My Husband grab 1 Hard Rock Tee from Jamaica(montego bay) which very rare to see it even from the ebay . There are Levi’s , Hackett , Ralph Lauren clothing to shop as well.

The shop is very small. I bought some sea cucumber(gamat) soaps and sea cucumber cream. I heard those are good for sensitive skin and Atopic dermatitis(eczema). Because of Japanese owner, description of every products are written in English and Japanese. Actually the quality of the sea cucumber soap is high and I recommned it not only for sensitive skin but for normal skin. After using the soap, the skin will be smooth and have moisture. The shop is right across from Arts Cafe. Also recommend after shopping there.

Langkawi Craft Complex is one of the major tourist destinations in Langkawi Island. It is one-stop center that serves a variety of authentic craft products such as batik, hand woven cloth, fiber plaited, metals and other crafts. Visit Langkawi Craft Complex, which provide many interesting activities such as craft sales, craft demonstrations, educational crafts, cultural performance and guided tours. Unique architecture with attractive landscaping makes Langkawi Craft Complex as a must-see tourist destination.
Does not expect much. But was surprise during the visit. Local quality product better sold in chenang beach which mostly imported from thailand. My kids having fun painting batik which just cost rm10. There's a small heritage museum which is interesting & its free. A place where u can buy locally made product.
