A fantastic experience - learning how to make a headdress using local, natural foliage whilst enjoying a delicious vegan scone and refreshing drink. I have learnt a new skill and will continue to practice being creative with natural materials. The relaxed atmosphere and quality instructions made the experience very enjoyable indeed!

Alan visited our W.I with a delicious range of proper chocolate and we didn't waste the opportunity to call in today. Fabulous welcome from Alan and a very tasty thick, Spanish style hot chocolate with dippy biscuits and marshmallows, divine, and of course bought some goodies to take home. Looking forward to returning before Christmas!

I love coming here with my friends and family for a hot chocolate; it’s truly the best in Leicester ???? Lovely warm atmosphere, splendid decor and the most divine smell throughout the whole store. I also use their chocolate chips in my baking and I have received many compliments x

This is a great place for grown ups and kids. Lots of books, a great kids room, and really nice cafe, lots of good books new and old. A favourite to go to with my daughter after rugby or a walk nearby to get food for body and soul. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The Ferrers Gallery offers three floors of British Craftsmanship on a stunning rural location on the estates of Staunton Harold.
Besides an excellent garden centre, lots of individual shops around a courtyard. All of the shops were interesting and worth a visit craft etc.

Fun and informal wine tasting for all in the heart of Nottingham and Derby. NottsDerby Wine School offers a range of wine tasting courses, including Introduction courses, 8 Week World of Wine, WSET qualifications, corporate and private events. Have a great evening tasting and learning about wine in a relaxed and fun way.
Debbie is informative and entertaining so we had huge fun learning about the different styles of gin and tasting through some well-selected examples. It’s amazing how much a gin’s flavour can be enhanced or change with the right accompaniment. The evening has got me thinking about the occasions I might drink gin and the garnishes I will use. Highly recommend Debbie and the Notts Derby Wine School and will definitely be back another time!

I regularly visit strawberry house, they have a fantastic selection of cakes, coffee is great, breakfast menu is superb! My favourite is afternoon tea, which I love going to with my Nana! The girls who work there absolutely spoil her rotten and has become her favourite hang out. Its always fantastic to meet the girls on a friday afternoon and share a bottle of prosecco to start the weekend, with the added bonus of treating yourself in the fabulous shop, from handbags to sparkles for every occasion!

A colloquial online gift shop, celebrating Nottingham and the East Midlands. Home ware, souvenirs, humour. Learn all about the Nottingham and East midlands dialect. We have plenty of gifts for visitors and those local to Nottingham. You can have items delivered or choose local pick-up.
Great little shop (once I finally found it... tut tut TripAdvisor! - the address is correct but if you click on the map, as I did, it shows an incorrect location.) I loved the ducks, although sad there were no Robin Hood ducks in stock (I will be stalking your website for one ;-) lol) Fab place if you want a quirky and fun souvenir rather than the generic stuff you can find in the TI. Lovely friendly staff member too.

We did the couples chocolate making class for our first wedding Anniversary which we fully enjoyed! Ellie was great and made us very welcome during the class! Enjoyed a nice few glasses of prosecco during the class also which went down a treat. And we got to take away all the chocolate that we made (which was a lot!) Loved the class and would definitely recommend to all!
