Cashel Woollen Store specialises in gifts, crafts, tweeds, and woollens made in Ireland. Located next to the iconic Rock of Cashel in Co. Tipperary, Cashel Woollen Store will provide you with the perfect purchases to commemorate your trip.
We stopped here after learning that Rock of Cashel was closed due to snow. What a great find!! The selection of souvenirs was much more than expected for such a small shop. The sweaters, hats, scarves and gloves were of very good quality with some labeled from Muckross House. I wound up buying scarves, a matching hat and an adorable pair of glass blue birds made by Waterford artisans. The saleslady was super friendly and helpful.

Welcome to The Craft Granary, a beautifully restored 19th Century grain store, located in Church St. Cahir, Co Tipperary. It acts as a showcase for quality handcrafted items from the South East of Ireland. Our craft centre features pottery, glassware, woodturning, occasional furniture, photography, fashion accessories, soft furnishings, handmade cards, jewellery, childrens toys with a celtic twist and local food products. We are members of the Craft Council of Ireland so all our products are unique and meet a high standard of craftsmanship. A Gallery on the 1st floor features exhibitions by local artists and sculptors and entry is free of charge.
The Narrow Space Gallery is tucked away on pedestrianised Mitchel Street, close to the historic Main Guard. An Aladdin's Cave, it is filled to the brim with beautiful handmade gifts - candles, ceramics, pottery, paintings, children's toys…most of them Irish designed and made. Pop in and say hello – we will be happy to tell you the many stories of the talented makers whose work we love selling!
