Known as the Royal Springs, Bursa's renowned hot mineral waters have been popular since Byzantine and Roman times. Fed by magnesium, calcium and sulfur-rich thermal springs, the 700-year old baths were built in the time of Sultan Murat I. The beautifully ornate Yeni Kaplica bath dates back to 16th century.

. This is a lovely artisan store and gallery of some marvellous turkish art, silk rugs and much much more. when you walk through the door, theres a lovely little courtyard but dont stop there at the souvenirs. go in and explore the other floors as theres so many beautiful things to see. This gallery sells genuine hand made iznik ceramics in vibrant colours many designed by the owner. the only place where you can buy quartz ceramics. silk scarves, rugs or wool, cotton and silk all with lovely patterns and designs. there really is something to suit all tastes. Many of the turkish rugs have been bought at fairtrade from young unmarried women who live in the countryside. They beautifully hand craft these carpets and make their incomes from this. I mention this as its nice to see the craft is local and sustainable. As you explore the upper levels you will see more turkish art and on the wall authentic ottoman robes. the owner is helpful and i found all the team to be warm and welcoming they speak english. i am very much looking forward to when i return to bursa to get some more wonderful gifts here.

The Asirlik Kurukahveci, whose roots are based on the Ottoman Empire, spread its fame not only with Bursa but also all over Anatolia. It has played a major role in transferring the Asirlik Kurukahveci coffee culture from the Ottoman Empire to the present day unchanged and intact. This coffee is famous for its quality and taste, as well as being carefully roasted and pulled in place. It offers a softer taste than traditional Turkish coffee and is easy to drink. With its light brown color, fine grounds and unique flavor, this traditional flavor spread from Bursa to Anatolia for years continues to be appreciated by coffee lovers.

Big shopping centre very spacious and new. Plenty of restaurants and shops. The only thing is that some make up shops have very low stock.
