Two decades ago in the village of Lenox, Massachusetts, Lynda Strauch, with her two young children, opened Concepts of Art. It was for her a business venture that combined two of her passions, art and Judaism. From a modest start, Concepts of Art/Lenox Judaica has grown to include several thousand Jewish ceremonial items, fine art, and jewelry, showcasing artists and products from Massachusetts to Jerusalem. Each item is personally chosen: from whimsical to elegant, from modestly priced to museum quality.

“Great music store” 5 of 5 bubbles When staying at The Red Lion Inn, I found this terrific music store practically next door. The person manning the store was knowledgeable about various artists, really helpful in finding a particular song I was looking for and generally liked what he was doing for a living. That is getting rare in the shopping experience. He was a former radio disc jockey, so he knew a lot about his subject. This little store has a great selection of vinyl and c.d.'s and the vinyl records I purchased are in perfect condition. In fact, the salesperson (I hesitate to call him that; he was more like a guide) was cleaning records as we talked. If you, as I do, enjoy music and are looking to add to your collection, this is actually a destination rather than a place to drop in while in town. I may make a detour to this store if I am anywhere near Stockbridge. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g41850-r488152731-Stockbridge_Massachusetts.html#

The glass work was absolutely beautiful. The owner explained the different types of glass, had specialty glasses for us to wear to see the colors as he made the glass pieces.
