Took my wife there while we were in Bend Or. It is close to the Old Mill area so it is not an out of the way spot. Large building that is well lit so you can see fabric colors.

This is one of my favorite spots in Bend. The staff is welcoming and super-knowledgeable about books in every category. It's got such a delightful ambiance, and you can also get amazing coffees and teas there. They are also starting a small but excellent collection of curated board games. There's something for everyone here! Buy a book, grab a mug of incredible Metolious tea, pull up a comfy chair, and settle in for an amazing morning or afternoon.

Love this book store!! Cozy friendly and what better to be surrounded by books. Such a good feel!!! Right downtown Bend. Great for studying, meeting with friends, or business meeting. Upstairs has plenty of seating.

City Thrift is a great local thrift store. Well organized, clean, and very friendly staff. Ask them about local hot spots, chat about the weather, and thrift in the meantime. Great atmosphere, and it is a non-profit that supports the local community. So everything you buy, or donate, gives back to those in need.
