The Kinsale Town tour is an intermediate level tour (some hills!) that explores the coast through the town from Charles Fort to Sandycove. Loads to see along the way from the Kinsale marina, James Fort, Dock beach or spot wild goats on Sandycove Island. Finally, the Courtmacsherry Bay tour is our longest and flattest tour. We cycle along past sandy Coolmaine Strand, then follow a road which continues the entire length of Courtmacsherry Bay. We pass Timoleague Abbey and stop for tea in a charming cafe in Courtmacsherry. Whatever tour you pick, we know you'll love it! All tours are suitable for people with a moderate level of fitness. It's very much your day at your pace! We have been hiring bikes on the Beara Peninsula for over ten years. Our bike shop has re-located to the nearby town of Bantry but we are still very much in the business of hiring bikes in Beara. We hire hybrid style bikes (mainly Giant Escapes/Liv Avail) all fully fitted with mudguards and pannier racks. Hire includes a helmet and lock. We would ask that you reserve your bike at least 24 hours in advance and we can deliver the bike to your accommodation.
