Thank you ever so much to the fabulous 'punter' we had today, whose name I sadly cannot remember, and to the lovely young brunette lady on the team back on shore who calmed my concerned wife and provided some 5* customer service. The members of staff were a huge part of what we believed made our experience so fantastic! The Granta team were quick, polite, and we will certainly be using them again during our return to Cambridge toward the end of August. Fantastic information provided along the river, a lot of which we will remember for years to come and share with friends/family. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic - it is fantastic to see a team who genuinely enjoy their job. They made our day. All staff members deserve a raise! 14/07/19.

First time to have hired the E-Bike tandem for us and what an experience. So much fun. Great for those hilly parts. Great suspension with a smooth ride with those Beefy tires. The hire was flexible too. We cycled round Grafham once returned the bike and went for a Nando’s and then came back and cycled round it again. Of course to beat our time once fuelled with Peri Chicken! The hire cost of the Tandem for the whole day was £54.99 (£27.50 each). We certainly recommend you give them a go. It’s not for you if you’re on the back and don’t like to be in control!

Another great service recieved from the friendly guys at the Peterborough store. Both Chris & Llldis always make me feel very welcome, both providing invaluable tips on on maintaining the bikes. Some great advice from Chris on the best lights for off road night rides and a demonstration on plugging the tyre on the tubeless set up. Would definitely recommend these guys, very professional but ensures the advice is on a level I understand without being to techie. Thanks again guys your definitely ambassadors for the store.

Visited Rutland cycles, Grand Arcade today after my bicycle had been vandalised while parked in the Grand Arcade cycle park. The front wheel had been removed but not taken, the brakes had been undone and it was missing a bolt for the saddle. I was seen straight away and the man was really helpful, he fixed the wheel back on and attached the brakes. He then got me a new quick release clamp for my saddle. Luckily it was nothing too serious but without Rutland help I would have been stuck. They didn’t charge me anything and were just lovely, every time I go there they are so helpful.
