We have been going to CBRC for some time we have got to know the trainers and staff and find they are great people. We also have been attending group classes called ALLOY training. ALLOY is a circuit training class that works you for 28-30 minutes and gets your heart rate to maximum. It is not uncommon to burn 600 calories in that period. There is warmup, workout and rollout as a cool down. The trainers are extremely professional and the facilities are top-notch. If you don’t like circuit training there is always Les Mills courses to meet your needs. Go check them out.
