Just had my boy’s 6th birthday party there. Friendly staff, age-appropriate games and a really reasonable price. Toilet facilities are perhaps a tad on the functional side, but that’s clutching at straws for a negative commment. Will certainly be on the list for future birthdays.

Public gaming only Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons when not half term and can get busy during these sessions but great value for money, only five pounds for three hours and all games free thereafter. Approximately fifty retro game cabinets and every old game you can think of. Also air hockey, pool table, food and drink available. Good way to spend three hours. Will be returning.

I booked my daughters 13th birthday party here for a Friday eve when it is teen disco night, I booked the basic party which just reserved an area for the kids to come back to for drinks. Rollacity staff were, polite and attentive, DJ happy for requests for music, couple of shout outs to birthday girl (inc Happy Birthday song) and he played some games which everyone joined in with. Party price is reasonable as you could skate from 7pm til 10-30 and place was not packed out. Def would go back and def recommend! Only downside as per prev comments toilets are upstairs?!

I was looking for somewhere for an early birthday celebration and whilst this wasn't my first choice, I'm sure glad myself and my partner went here. Great location just on the waterfront and within decent walking distance from the central part of the seafront. Was a bit frustrating having to sign up as a member just because I was under 25, the rationale behind this hadn't been explained and since I only wanted to eat in the restaurant I felt this was unnecessary but who am I to argue with the casinos procedures and thankfully the process was pretty painless. Having forgotten it was a Sunday we were eating we were surprised when we were given the Sunday lunch/dinner menu rather than the one regular menu. But oh my god, the Sunday roast was the best roast I've ever had! I couldn't have asked for a better early birthday dinner! Amazing food, impeccable service and great location! Even though Southend is a bit of a distance from me will definitely visit again for Sunday dinner and their standard menu!
