The birthplace of the Oldsmobile and Michigan's automotive center, Lansing offers visitors a number of car-related sites like plant tours and automobile museums, but there are other forces driving this capital city. On the political side, there's the award-winning State Capitol Building, completely restored in 1992, where tourists are wowed by the glass-floor rotunda and acres of decorative handpainted surfaces. The Michigan Historical Museum, which boasts a great collection of items from Michigan's past, including a recreated copper mine, will please history buffs. Children and families will enjoy taking a camel ride at the Potter Park Zoo or spending the day biking through Sleepy Hollow State Park. On the cultural side, the nearby campus of Michigan State University is a must-see for the Kresge Museum and for the beautiful campus itself. Entertaining and educational attractions, great shopping, fabulous restaurants and a variety of affordable accommodations make Lansing worth the ride.

The playset at this park is outstanding! I've taken many trips with grandsons and they had a blast, which makes me a popular papa. The equipment is sturdy enough to hold adults as well if your kids are small and you want to join them. The wide-open spaces are great for throwing a frisbee or ball, or just chasing. Highly recommended for family fun. In the Winter there is a small hill for sledding if the kids are small. 10 or older won't find it challenging enough.

Breakout! The Room Escape Game is a fun, exciting, and interactive new game where you are locked in a room with a group of friends, co-workers, or even strangers (who may soon become your best friends), and you must escape within 60 minutes using only your wits, and the items and clues available in the room. This is one of the best Team-Building activities in Michigan!
It was a great and fun experience. We did the circus room, it was 1st time for most of us doing an escape room. The clues were fun and required some thought and team work. The ring master, Stevie was very informative and positive and gave clues when there were needed. A must do and I'm ready to attempt another room.

They are great. We had a birthday party planned and had to cancel due to COVID. Then, my son came down with COVID and we had to reschedule again. They were so flexible and friendly. The place was great, people were distanced, and it was a great time!
