July 1, 2021 Emerita Lamoureux

We've heard Toronto described as "New York City run by the Swiss," and it's true—you can find world-class theater, shopping and restaurants here, but the sidewalks are clean and the people are friendly. The best place to start is literally at the top—the CN Tower, the tallest freestanding structure in the Western Hemisphere.

My father, has a disability and needs a walker, called the dome and they set up handicap parking underneath the dome. We walked twenty feet to the elevator. Then to the 100 section seats which was another twenty feet, unbelievable, so easy, so convenient, just a great afternoon at the ball park. The Jay's and the dome make it so accessible for disabled people to enjoy the game, bravo, your the best

Caught a show here whilst staying in Toronto for the weekend. The show itself was fantastic and the performers/ comedians were really on point with some great improv bits weaved beautifully into their script. The venue and service made this an all-round top notch night. Highly recommend getting front row seats if you can, meaning you can walk in and skip the line to be seated right away. Will go again when next in Toronto.

This was a last minute thing and we bought tickets on the door for the 22:30 Saturday night show. As a couple of Brit's we were concerned a lot of the humour might not translate. While we were a little confused over one or two of the jokes on the whole we had a great evening. Reasonable cost to get in and the only downside for us was being seated with a table behind us, made it awkward getting to drinks. Not a major problem, just a bit awkward thats all. On the whole a great night, drinks very well priced and comedy that translated well.

A group of us went to the Ballroom on August 24th 2020 and there was a bit of confusion when we came in due to our seating. The manager approached the matter in a very caring and professional manner and directed us to our correct bowling lane. We had such a great time and not only that our waitress Nadia was amazing! She made sure everything was okay and had great hospitality.
