Our family group of 6 spent a most enjoyable couple of hours here on Christmas Eve, getting an introduction to the art of Archery. The Instructors and Owner were very friendly and welcoming taking us through the safe handling protocols before teaching us the basics, and then extending us further with improvements to our technique and then a variety of games to extend our competitive spirits. I would highly recommend this venue if you are interested in giving a new experience a go or looking to improve your own skill levels.

I love the Dendy park walking area as it is so dog friendly. There is an excellent amount of off-leash area so both doggies and humans can get some exercise and the socialising aspect for dogs is excellent. It’s great to be able to throw a ball for your dog on a large oval as well, very good exercise area.

My kids loved this park and now my grandkids love it too. This is a fabulous area for children. The ‘fort’, as it’s known, is a terrific place for play, for exploration and generally for fun. The land the ‘fort’ sits in is large with enough space for ball games, for running and playing, for kite flying and for picnics. An excellent venue for families - young, old and in-between. Thumbs up for this park.

This park is fantastic for families and pet owners. The playground is sectioned/fenced off so that dogs don't get in so it is safe for young children and next door is a large oval where many dogs can go off leash. Great park!!

The Palace Cinemas specialises in new release and art house films, for which it is well known among Melbourne's cinephiles. The seats are comfortable. The cinemas are in Church St, Brighton. The complex also has a bar where cinema-goes can discuss the show over a glass of wine.

Indoor aquatic and leisure Centre with Wave Pool, Toddler play pools and 50m swimming pool. In addition, we have gymnasium, group fitness classes, occassional care creche and cafe.
I visited for the first time on a Saturday morning with my 4 year old and I was very pleasantly surprised. I was expecting the visit to be very crowded, chaotic and not very clean as that has been my experience at other leisure centres, however we had the opposite experience. It was so nice to have 2 pools to choose from for my 4 year old - one being the perfect depth for him. The wave pool adds some extra excitement. I noticed a third pool that looked like it was perfect for toddlers and babies. Finally, the water play section was easy for me to be in with my son as it’s all on one level and therefore I wasn’t chasing him up stairs or anything which I appreciate! The reception staff were friendly, the lifeguards were cleaning and paying attention all the time, and the change rooms were clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back and try the spa!
