With sunny skies, nearly perfect year-round weather and a range of outdoor and cultural attractions, West Palm Beach presents the ideal setting for a weekend escape. Enjoy a game of golf at a number of pristine local courses or hit the beach for a day of tanning and catching up on your reading. See African chimps and endangered species like the Southern White rhinoceros wander free in a natural habitat at the Lion Country Safari. You could spend an entire day on Peanut Island, a popular tourist attraction that houses a bunker built for President John F. Kennedy during the Cold War. The island includes the bunker, a museum and plenty of picnic areas, plus biking and walking paths. The ferry ride to the island cruises past the opulent mansions of the city's wealthy residents. For those who prefer indoor endeavors, the Norton Museum boasts an exceptional collection of American, Chinese and European art. Famous performers appear at "The Harriet" and at the Kravis Center. Of course there's always shopping, the city's other favorite pastime. From designer boutiques to big name department stores, West Palm has it all.

It is a box of surprises, every time I visit THE BOX GALLERY I am amazed by Rolando Chang Barrero's creativity owner and curator; the kind of art/artists and topics he brings to the public because he is always right on what is going on in the world, inviting us to actually think on the impact that our words and actions have in our community. Expect to be amazed

Built in 1928, our St. Louis brick building is the home not only of Palm Beach County's only craft distillery, but also one hundred years of family and local history. Come enjoy a tour and a taste of classically inspired cocktails, and small batch spirits. Crafted with only the finest locally sourced (when possible) ingredients, our spirits are made in the same manner our forefathers did many years ago. Our in-house mixologists hold not only a tasty libation, but also decades of local lore and history to boot. Our tours consist of a 45 minute stroll through 100 years of local history as well as a time travel through harvest and distillation methods of the past and present. Our 6 time internationally awarded rums are carefully produced using blackstrap molasses from Clewiston Florida, and are created entirely by our staff of dedicated craftsmen and distillers. One would be remised not to visit Our space also serves as an open arena for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
Three of us stopped in today to check it out. The tasting room is large and well laid out, but we were there to taste the locally sourced vodka and rum. Vodka was as smooth as it gets. Three rums-white, spiced, and black-were distinguished by their nuances in nose and on the palate. All were worthy of Kings. Stop in after lunch at the nearby Grandview Market or to hang out for a while. Shout out to a terrific host and bartender hostess.

We walked around and sampled a delicious crab cake, purchased some fresh fruit and marinara sauce, and salivated over the scrumptious French pastries at one of the food booths. If you’re in the area on a Saturday morning, you should stop and enjoy this place!

Destination in West Palm Beach with food & beverage, retail, arts & culture, education and community experiences for all ages.
Such a picturesque plaza with all the essentials! Great food and drink options (Burgerfi -my FAV!!!!, Panera, Jamba Juice, Cheesecake Factory & many many more (great brunch choices as well), AMC cinema, decent shopping options like H&M, VS & Sephora! Not to mention how wonderfully clean this plaza is! Feels completely safe, no rowdy crowds, WiFi options from some of the stores but not the plaza itself which should make it lose a ⭐️ of the rating but everything else is really so wonderfully done, it makes up for it. Some days I used Uber to get there because there is a hefty parking fee but if you do use the paid parking, it is in a convenient spot. If you’re there for a movie, you do get 3 complimentary hours of parking which is absolutely commendable! There are limited parking spaces along the streets of the plaza but have to be super lucky to get one. Once you’re in West Palm, it is definitely a place worth checking out. It also comes alive in the night!

Easy to find, plenty of parking spaces and wonderful boardwalks with many areas to sit. Loved the rocking chairs in so many places to relax and observe nature. Not many birds or wildlife in view during our visit though you can hear it. Still a great place to enjoy nature.
