We love this path for bike riding and the addition of goats to help clear things without chemicals is so nice. It can get crowded but you can definitely get in a great ride and stop for food. magnolias at the Mill makes a great stop!

My friend and I are so happy we visited! It was phenomenal. The views were great. There was plenty of space to sit outside and inside. The beers were great and there was even a variety of hard seltzer’s. They had an extensive food menu inside with great pizza and food trucks to choose from outside. We were there on a Friday night and there was live music. I would highly recommend going!!

Hillsborough Vineyards is a small boutique winery nestled in the scenic hillside outside of Washington, D.C.
The property is gorgeous and you have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy it. If you have a larger party, make a reservation. I didn't love the rose bottle we purchased, but would go back again for the views and try something different. My husband enjoyed the beer he tried!

Come enjoy the internationally acclaimed wines of Breaux Vineyards. Our 400+ acre estate has 104 acres planted in 17 different grape varieties. Nestled between the hills, our vineyard plantings extend up the Short Hill Mountain. Long vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains can be enjoyed from our tasting room, patios, and our landscaped terraces. We are located only an hour from metropolitan DC, Dulles and BWI airports and a short distance from historic Harpers Ferry, WV. Come see Virginia’s Favorite Winery!
We love the California style layout of Breaux, and its location in the low hills of the Blue Ridge further drives the ambiance that reminds my wife and I of Sonoma County or Napa Valley. The wines are of excellent quality with varietals that are distinctive from other vineyards in the Northern Virginia Wine Country. Inside the main building are wide open areas that include the tasting room, a souvenir shop, a chocolatier counter and an eatery. Most unique (at least in our meanderings) is a wine tasting room specifically for patrons with dogs. The pooches are allowed to mingle there with other guests of the human and canine varieties. Beautiful balconies and gardens for when the weather is good, but also sheltered if it turns nippy or wet. We plan to go back if it snows to see what it looks like draped in white. Hopefully they will serve hot-mulled wine then!
