L'Area Naturale Marina Protetta Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo

Reviewed By janbmnorge - Oslo, Norway

in order to get there, you would need to jump on the boat that sail from Porto San Paolo marina.. tickets are available in the ticket purchase section on the right.. once you're there, you may enjoy a good food in the restaurant, sardinian style of course or just go for hiking, in case you're freediver/snorkeler I'd recommend to walk across the island and straight under the mountain there is a beach, almost empty, clean water and pretty deep too. a lot of sealife there.

Porto Istana Beach

One of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Sardinia. Stunning view, Maldivian blue Mediterranean sea and soft sandy beach - really paradise! Only one minor thing that in a peak season (July/August) it's crazy busy...
