Imposing architecture and breathtaking scenery combine to make Ha Ha Tonka State Park one of Missouri’s most treasured spots. Located on the Lake of the Ozarks, the park features the stone ruins of a turn-of-the-20th-century castle built by a prominent Kansas City businessman high atop a bluff. More than 15 miles of trails traverse the park, leading visitors to sinkholes, natural bridges, caves and down to the lake.
What a fantastic find! Many different trails, some lead into each other. We went to the castle; slightly uphill, but on a paved path and many people of varied ages and abilities were visiting. You cannot get all the way up to the castle (looks as though it used to be paved along the perimeter) We also hiked the Colosseum trail, the Spring trail and to the water tower (Many steps up). The natural bridge was a beautiful sight but it was a little strenuous on the full loop, rocky and uneven in places. Beautiful views from various points. Kayaks available for rental & people were fishing. NO entrance fee!! Small visitor area upon arrival. Picnic areas throughout the park. Wonderful stop!!

Stopped in to check out this place during our visit. Very clean and had a good vibe. Staff was great and we picked up their bbq sauce, Bloody Mary mix, apple pie moonshine, and a growler of the blonde ale which was delicious. Can’t wait to come back again and get to stay and enjoy a tour and many drinks! Highly recommend this place!

This shop had a lots of fun food related things to get for yourself or give as gifts. It is not just cheese related items. I was ready to buy more but since I was the only one with a mask on, I had 15 minutes or less to stay in the shop. I would have liked to stay longer.

Seven Springs Winery and Vineyards sits atop 160 acres of rolling Missouri foothills between Camdenton and Osage Beach. Our winery serves Missouri wines, sangrias, and a few micro-brews for those with an alternative pallet. We offer wine tastings and a light menu consisting of soups, sandwiches, cheese trays, and bread with various dipping oils. We also have the ability to host events both small and large, from weddings, reunions, and conferences.
First time visit to the area and always like to check out the area wineries. The winery is very secluded and in a beautiful location with trees showing their fall colors the day we stopped. It is a newer winery that obviously offers itself as a wedding venue with a couple outdoor settings and a large group banquet facility separate from the main building. We enjoyed a free tasting and then enjoyed a glass of wine on their absolutely gorgeous multi level patio with stream running through the middle of it. Staff were friendly and we were glad we stopped as we took a bottle of their top selling red to enjoy later.

I love history and Willmore Lodge has the history of the lake and building of the Bagnell Dam and history prior to that as well. I grew up in the area and it is nice to see this information preserved in a way that is appealing. The view of the lake is beautiful. I live out of state now and to see the preservation of historical details is wonderful. It is definitely worth the stop to visit.

If you looking for a place to find a unique gift. This place has it. There are a million different items. Old fashion foods, collectible knick knacks. T shirts. Hermit crabs. My kids love it. If you are in the Damn area must stop.

I ordered take out for our big group (10 people) when it was my turn to cook dinner. Big pan of hand breaded fried chicken, mashed potatoes, white gravy and homemade coleslaw. It was a big hit with my group. No cooking for me and dinner was amazing! Price was right too! Looking forward to our next visit!

The National Shrine of Mary, Mother of the Church is dedicated to Mary and all mothers. Our mission is to promote a true appreciation of motherhood, the preciousness of life and the integrity of the family. The Shrine has become known as The Mother's Shrine because of our Mother's Wall of Life. We have a beautiful outdoor grotto where we celebrate pilgrimages, mass, and other celebrations. The Shrine was dedicated in 1992 with the installation of the sculpture of Mary. It was formally designated a National Shrine in 2003. We have a church on site, St. Patrick's Shrine Church. We also have a gift shop and we have several festivals throughout the year. Christmas Festival of Lights is from Thanksgiving to New Years. Come drive through and sip a hot beverage while you look in the gift shop. Our business office hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. The Shrine is open from 6am-10pm Daily. Come see our beautiful tribute to Mothers.
This is an absolutely beautiful shrine! Great peaceful place to visit and relax. The outdoor mass during the summer is wonderful!

Our boat broke down while at the lake and nobody could fix it before we were leaving. We were able to rent a pontoon from Pirates Point for 3 days and it saved our vacation. The people that work there are awesome and helped us in every way they could. Thanks PP
