This beach is incredible It has lovely white sand and you can walk out on the sand bar There are beautiful local fish that are rather inquisitive and if you’re lucky you might see a sea turtle Definitely worth the drive

This is a stunning beach, and as it is not really a great snorkelling spot it is usually pretty quiet. The shallow waters within the bay make it easy to swim and cool off. We snorkelled at Turquoise Bay and then retreated to this beach for a picnic and some peace and quiet.

Located in Exmouth, on the door step to the breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage Listed Ningaloo Coast, the Ningaloo Centre is a state-of-the-art research, education, tourism and community hub. The landmark building is host to first class conference and community spaces, and is the ideal gateway to your extraordinary Ningaloo adventure.
We spent a good couple of hours here. Beautiful modern building with displays including Cyclone Vance (a great simulation room), the VLF installation/US personnel, WW2 info, settlement of the Exmouth area, natural history and a beautifully done Aquarium. Very well worth a visit for families or individuals.

The views from the elevated light house position presents awesome views up and down the coast and also inland, very informative signs there too explaining local history.

Great walk, not too challenging, but probably best not done if it's too hot as there is no shade and it takes a 2 - 3 hours to complete. The views of the canyons are incredible though and a great reward for your efforts. We walked the loop first finishing at Shothole Canyon view point - that way you feel rewarded - starting at the view is a bit like peaking too soon as there is not much to compare on the main part of the walk. We did not have a 4WD and tackled the long, rough road in a Suzuki Swift. It is not for the faint hearted, but if you take your time you can do it - we parked at the picnic area before Thomas Carter Lookout and walked the kilometre or so from there. Take plenty of water and make sure you have a hat.

Loved the majestic valleys. Took so many photos. This would be a hikers delight but take 3 litres of water and sunscreen. There is no shade unless you climb under a bush. One feels on top of the world. From Thomas Carter lookout one can see the Indian Ocean and the Exmouth Gulf

Had a drive from Exmouth whilst Caravanning and so glad we took the time to do so. The views from a creek bed winding about 9ks into a Canyon was a wonderful start to the day

If you enjoy a walk then I would recommend this over Yardie Creek - the Yardie walk provides a lovely view, but is a short and busy walk. Mandu Mandu was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. There are a couple of steep, scrabbly inclines and declines, but it is manageable for most people. We did not have a 4WD and our little Swift made it up the access road.

One of the best information centres I have been in. The staff are informative and happy to help with any enquiry. The centre also has a great selection of snorkelling gear on sale if you forgot anything. They will advise what roads are suitable if you don't have a 4WD vehicle, also info on tides and currents if you plan to take to the water.
