On a vineyard of 7 hectares, the estate grows 5 grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris), on 4 Côte des Bar crus. Passionate winegrower, Anne-Laure Beerens, in love with this land which has seen her grow, puts all her application and talent at the service of her Champagne, always in harmony with the environment, reflecting the face of modernity in Champagne. Champagne Claude Perrard

Reviewed By juliabI4588IY

The best choice ever! We are happy to find OUR champagne. Thanks to the great warm welcome at home of Jean-Pierre Perrard, who represents the 4th generation of Perrard making the great champagne. He explains passionately all the interesting details about craft and all around wine making. They have 4 cuvées, all very different and soo nice. My favourite was blanc de blancs due to its lightness, it is a very sophisticated champagne, which can be used as aperitif with some small snacks and it can accompany the main course with fish and seafood. Blanc de noirs is also a very nice choice for the main course - of meat or sausages. This champagne has character and is for a good reason in the guide of wine of France and winns every year gold medals in the international competitions!

Eglise Ste-Madeleine

Definitely worth stopping by this church to see the architecture and stained glass windows. There are explanations in English about the different glass window panels, which definitely contributes to better understanding of their historical significance! There's also a lovely peaceful garden beside the church that make for a delightful overall visit!
