We went on this tour in August 2019. Originally we tried to get tickets on our own during the day, and oh my God, the crowds were insane! We have wasted 2 hours waiting in line, and, eventually, gave up. The next day I happened to see this private Hermitage Tour advertised on trip advisor, so I booked it for the 2 of us. Mila was our guide and I should say that we couldn't be more happy with her! We spent 3 hours inside the Hermitage. We toured all 4 buildings, and saw so much!! (We have about 900 pictures on our camera from that tour) The best thing was that this tour had us enjoy the museum on Friday evening, so there were BARELY any people inside the museum. Also, touring the Hermitage in Mila's company is a pleasure. She knows so much! She also explains things in an accessible and clear way. She is a lot of fun too :) Thank you, Mila! If you want to see the Hermitage, you definitely, should book this private evening tour!

Our small 2 day St Petersburg tour was led by Mila. This was certainly the highlight of our Baltic Cruise. Mila is a PHD candidate at University of Oregon. Her English language skills and diction made Mila easy to understand and comprehend all the facts that Mila has stored in memory. Her knowledge of The Hermitage and other sites is amazing and her personality just adds to the experience. I have been on many tour excursions and this was by far the most informative and enjoyable. Bravo Mila.

Would highly recommend this market tour. Our guide Katrina was very friendly and knowledgeable, happy to chat about her family and experiences, genuinely a lovely person.
