They have trustworthy contacts across the entire country that can arrange for your needs. The team is very knowledgable when it comes to food, history, culture and activities. We visited Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, Merzouga (Sahara Desert), Dades Valley, Marrakech, and also had the opportunity to experience Ramadan with them (they do provide Ramadan food tours as well). We were based in Casablanca and took day drips to Rabat and Marrakech. The tours were accommodating and helpful. Abdu and our drivers were consummate professionals. I can’t believe we got them for the price we paid. The car was a very nice new SUV. Trust me you don’t want to drive in Morocco. We found Rabat beautiful and less crowded, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V was the most spectacular part of the trip. Marrakech was hot and crowded. Shopping in the old market was a little overwhelming. No prices on anything so have to ask and haggle everything (not my jam), so Abdu took us to a giant 2 story store where we bought several rugs we found gorgeous. Wouldn’t have been able to do anything without Abdu to help. I think the nightlife may have been interesting in Casablanca but isn’t my thing. Made me say this was Aug 2020 was in Aug 2019, don’t know how it is during the pandemic. My wife and I were the only ones on the tour.

My daughter and I took a cooking class at Riad Thycas. Our Chef / Teacher was Karina. She was warm, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable about all types of Moroccan dishes. Karina took us to the souk where we picked out vegetables and a chicken (????) which we brought back to the Riad. We all cooked together while a lovely Berber man played music for us. The food was delicious!!! This was our favorite experience in Marrakech. We will treasure this memory and we plan to revisit. Thank you again Karina !!

With this tour happening near the end of our Moroccan holiday, we did not get exposed to anything really new on this foodie tour. Our guide Abdul was great and his English was very good. We first stopped for some BBQ'd meats (but don't expect BBQ sauce). We then had some roasted lamb and were able to see the hole in the floor where they can cook as many as 50 lambs at once. From there we headed to a rooftop restaurant where we had some chicken tagine (not our favorite dish but this one was pretty good) and the final stop was a patisserie. I guess we were just expecting something more off the norm. Something more authentic and unique. It was still a good tour, but would look for some more unusual touches if we were to do it again. All that said, this is a new business so they are still figuring out what people want. Maybe this review will help them in this endeavor.
