We are Claudia and Anthony, two crazy frenchies passionated about food and carbs. Two years ago we've created the No Diet Club in London and had wayyy too much fun to stop there. A few months later we were running 2 extra tours in Paris and guess what, oops, we are doing it again in Nice where Anthony was born and raised. Food is just too good to be true here, we just had to. Our goal is simple, introduce you to the real cuisine niçoise, full of flavors and colorful. Eat like a real Niçois and get the best recommendations from friendly locals. No tourist traps, only the best !
Inclusions: Authentic pan bagnat, socca (a savory chickpea crêpe), the traditional farçis niçois, the famous pissaladière, artisanal macarons with typical and natural flavors, Italian ice cream and more ! :)

This tour totally exceeded my expectations. Alice was a fantastic tour guide and brought us to the most amazing places! It was a mixture of sweet and savoury foods and everything was delicious. Our group got on so well with each other and we hung about after the tour was over! It was also a great way to get around Paris on the bikes and see some of the attractions.

Our Nice food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of Nice. The tourist is guided by a "Foodie", a local "buddy" able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities. Do Eat Better tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing French culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible.

First off let’s start with Ivette, our guide. She sealed the five stars with her calm reassurance, attentiveness, and low key management whilst at the same time being a lovely and interesting companion for the day. The organisation is great, from Gustav’s initial communication to his greeting in the shop and even the arrangement with the patisserie around the corner is far from what your initial cynicism suspects (or is that just me?). The cycling there was fairly hard going, even with the power assistance, although the 30+ heat did have a bearing on that. Stating the obvious, coming down is a lot easier.....and exhilarating. The tour around the vineyard is informative and informal and makes you fully appreciate why you pay a premium for a quality wine. That said, the four varieties produced at the winery are reasonably priced and hopefully taste as good back home as they did while eating lunch and fresh figs from the tree (once Ivette showed me where they were). A memorable day that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone capable of riding a bike.

We’ve done food tours all over the world and this is a great one! Marion is a lovely and charming host, fluent in English and very knowledgeable with the local history and food. She took us to several small artisan shops that we likely would not have found on our own like a 5th generation chocolatier and a small cheese maker. The pace was good yet not rushed, we sat down for coffee, tea and several tastings from the local farmers market which included fresh fruit. You will be full by the end of this tour so eat a light breakfast!

In particular we loved the village of Eze, this tour is a must do if you visit the French Riviera. It exceeded our expectations.
