10 Food & Drink in Southwark That You Shouldn't Miss

February 19, 2022 Weston Hennigan

The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

This place is truly a great place to meet friends for drinks, the Prosecco House at Tower Bridge or just for drinks before the theatre or even spend the evening here. Its a great location, the bar has great interiors, welcoming staff, extensive menu of prosecco, who knew there were so many and even sugar free! Why go to a noisey/crowded wine bar or busy bar when you can have a glass or two in a sophisticated venue such as Prosecco Houe. Of course the House also sells all types of alcohol but truly go there for a glass ( or two) of fizz - you won't be disappointed.
