The Czech brew was originally manufactured at this site, which is open to the public for tastings and tours.
Outstanding. Milada gave me an hour-long trip around this fascinating place: somewhere that beer is, and always has been, of massive importance to the town and its history. Who knew? Anyway I cannot recommend this highly enough, even if all you want is to see a factory.line. Also, the museum and its displays (for example going down 350 m to the aquifer) is great too. And then there is the beer itself..????????????
