Great weekend fun place to spend time at. Fresh local produce and vendors, reasonably priced and authentic atmosphere make you want to come back. Perfect for Saskatoon berry pies and deli meats, cafe by the entrance is also very goo with fresh and tasty sandwiches and coffee. Cozy and fun in winter too. There are ice sculptures presented by Potash Corp. Great place for a visit, close to downtown and on the way of Meewasin trail, so a good place to stop for a coffee and a dessert.

Loving Saskatoon! Serendipitous moment had us lunching at a new spot in Saskatoon - Prairie Sun Brewery on Broadway Avenue. A beautiful addition to the Broadway experience. Saskatchewan micro brewery, ciders and even wines. Locally sourced and grown menu offerings, and goods for sales; even their uniforms are locally sourced. Delighted to chat and learn from the team this will be an after party location for the JUNOs, and to see it buzzing with patrons. Definitely a great new Saskatoon offering, and pleased to see the respect to neighbourhood. ????????????????????????????????

9 Mile Legacy Brewing

We are a small scale brewery located in the heart of Saskatoon. We pride ourselves in making high-quality beer, that spans traditional beer styles and stretches the definition of what beer can be. We are intentionally small - which affords us agility and creativity in our approach. Come down to the brewery for a glass of beer and a growler fill!

Friendly, quaint atmosphere. Love how they promote Saskatchewan and “local.” I’m not a beer drinker, but was able to order Crossmount Cider. Good selection of brews for my partner to pick from. We played a game of crib.

Fantastic gin tasting hosted by Meghan. We sampled 8 of their products. Meghan took the time to tell us about each sample, what grain it was made with and the process for aging etc. If you're looking for a fun, informative tasting you will not be disappointed.

LB Distillers

Welcome to our little distillery in the heart of the prairies, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan! Saskatchewan is Cree for swift flowing river, and Saskatoon is named after the beautiful berry that grows in abundance around our magnificent river. We are located smack dab in the centre of Canada. Our home is a true juxtaposition of extremes, which makes it a great place to produce the finest spirits and liqueurs. We Saskatchewanians are the most hospitable folk you’re likely to meet even though we live in an inhospitable climate. Our winters are bitterly cold and long, lasting six months or more, and reaching lows of -40 °C, but our summers are short and hot, averaging 30-40 °C. But because of these extremes, nature is kind and rewards us with the best growing conditions for grains and fruits, the most amount of sunshine in Canada, and a plethora of the purest water on earth. Believe it or not, but we have over one hundred thousand fresh water lakes in our province. We are a micro-distillery, which means that we hand craft spirits and liqueurs in very small batches and distill only 250 litres at a time. The benefit of these small distillation batches is that we maintain control of our artistry and capture only the creme de la creme of distillates coming off the still. Our motto is quality over quantity, and we won’t bottle until it’s overproof awesome. Our still is affectionately named Ginger, and she is a beautiful hand-hammered copper pot still, made in Germany. When choosing our still we decided to follow the advice of our friends in Scotland, France, and Germany who traditionally use copper to produce exceptional Scotch Whisky, Cognac, and Brandy. The copper not only looks pretty, but also purifies the spirit while imparting subtle flavour profiles. Everything we produce runs through Ginger, and the flavour of each spirit leaves its mark and adds to her character, such as the warm buttery bread notes from the wheat used to make our vodka, the spiciness of the rye & maltyness of the barley used in our whisky, and the sweet toffee and caramel flavours imparted from the sugar cane and molasses used to make our rums. These flavours and profiles meld into the soft copper and give everything we make a charm that cannot be replicated. We are traditionalists when it comes to our products. We rely on our senses of taste, sight, and smell, and we have no automated quality control. Everything is produced under the watchful eye and tastebuds of our distillers.
