We visited the Pisoni winery for a tour and tasting experience this afternoon. Our guide, Daniel, was exceptionally patient and gave us as much time as we needed to ask questions, both about the winery itself and each individual wine we tried. The generosity for tasting the wines and for the meat/cheese platter was unbelievable and all for a very reasonable price. We cannot recommend this tasting experience enough.

The Grotta dello Spumante Pedrotti is a destination for tourists and visitors interested in learning about the traditional art of making Trentino spumante Trentodoc. Visitors are welcome to tour the Grotta all year round, learn about its history and discover the techniques of spumante winemaking. The tour lasts 1 hour is followed by a tasting of our spumante Trentodoc. A pullover is suggested.

Me and my friends visited Pedrotti Spumanti during our wine trip in Trentito area. Guide visit of the natural cave where the family produces high quality sparkling wine Trentodoc using classic way with fermentation in bottles was just unforgettable. Chiara Pedrotti explained us all steps of the production how the sparkling magic happens. We tasted one of the best Trentodocs I have had directly in the cave along with best italian cheese and snacks. For sure one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you and see you again :)

WINERY LASTEROSSE LasteRosse was born between expanses of apple orchards, in a land made of rock, heights and steep slopes. We are a small farm in Val di Non and for several years we have been committed to the realization of a dream, that is the creation of a winery respectful towards our territory, land, traditions and times. Our mountain vineyards are located near the canyon of Novella River Park, on the Santa Giustina lakeside in the municipality of Romallo at a height of 730 meters. We grow manually without the use of herbicides the grapes of aromatic varieties such as Gewurztraminer, old autochthonous vine varieties from Trentino such as Groppello di Revo and some of the noblest varieties in the world such as Pinot Noir. We also pay great attention to the moon that accompanies our creativity and all stages of bottling. We like the reception and we are always available for visits to the winery and tasting of our wines and sparkling wines. As a wine experience.
