Did the full-day seafood class. Learned a lot of great recipes, spent time with great people, and the instructors (Chef Erin and her sous chef... who's name is escaping me... sorry man)... they were awesome. Knowledgeable, funny, engaging. And now I have a few more great recipes for my repertoire.

Really great brewery with some stuff I loved and other selections I was less fond of. But that's what I like -- variety! I didn't get to try the food, but I wish the kitchen was open while I was there.
