Absolutely charming place and one of its kind quality Absinth. The owner takes time to share anecdotes and to guide the distillery. Very authentic and charming place and experience. The tasting of the entire suite of Absinth‘s and Pastis they produce, alls steps handmade including bottling and labeling, is giving sufficient time to experience the differences between the „bleue“, the „verte“, „blache de leon“ and „Pastis“. We were impressed by the attention to details and the vision the owners bring to the revival of an Apero and / or Digestif that was about to get lost over the past century.

La Brasserie Celestial est située sur la rive nord du lac de Neuchâtel, à côté de la ville de Neuchâtel, à 500 mètres de la Plage de la Tène. Elle a une capacité de 4 000 litres par semaine et produit 6 types de bière de base : L’intemporelle (blanche), Tène out of Tène, (pale ale), Le 7ème ciel (IPA), Le dernier cri (New England IPA), L’êlektron libre (amber ale) et L’autre monde (coffee stout).
