If you get the chance the Chattanooga Market is a great place to spend the day - lots of vendors with homemade baked goods- homegrown flowers -veggies etc -artwork - jewelry- face painting for the kids- live music - soaps and candles - really good time to go is at Christmas time when a lot of the booths have holiday items available- during that time it’s held indoors????

The Nashville Flea Market is a monthly weekend long sale of all kinds of antiques, collectibles, and homeware. A great mix of treasures for all ages. We always find something fun each trip. Highly recommend the market hosted at the fairgrounds.

The Nashville Farmers' Market has been a staple in Tennessee's Music City since the early 1800s. Located in downtown Nashville at 900 Rosa Parks Boulevard, adjacent to the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Mall State Park, this year-round market provides retail space to farmers, artisans, non-profits and small businesses. The facility includes two covered open-air sheds, a container farm, a greenhouse and micro greens farm, a 24,000-square-foot garden center, a culinary incubation center and an international food court that features two dozen restaurants and shops. Looking for fresh vegetables, fruit, flowers, jellies, cheese, craft beer, cheese? It's all here. And you can take a break by having a quick snack or full lunch in the food court. Stop at Swafford Farms booth for tomatoes, get blueberries at Souther Roots Produce and peaches at The Peach Truck. Pick flowers at White Creek Flower Farm, purchase muffins and pastries from Brightside Bakeshop or The Sweet Tooth, jellies and jams from The Nashville Jam Company and cheese from Noble Springs Dairy. Time to take a lunch break? How about pizza at Bella Nashville or Mexican food at El Burrito Mexicano or Korean-style sushi at Bowl and Roil or grits and barbecue at B&C Market BBQ? For dessert, there's crepes from Music City Crepes, ice cream at Jeni's and watermelon lemonade and other fresh juices at The Fountain of Juices. There is so much to choose from. The trick is to walk around the market to see what strikes your fancy--and your appetite--then make some selections. Remember, don't let your eyes get bigger than your stomach.

This flea market has many standard items that are at all flea markets. However, there are many local items that make this a special place to visit. Local honey is available. Quilts and other homemade items are for sale.Nice booth for coin collectors is one of my favorites!
