The house consists of double and twin rooms, with the possibility of adding a third bed, and single rooms with private bathroom, TV and wireless internet.
The rooms are fairly basic, however clean and newly refurbished. I do not recommend this B&B though for 2 reasons : - It is quite expensive for what you get - basic rooms and a breakfast which is far from being great - The house is very close to a fairly busy road which makes a turn around it. This plus the fact that there is no air conditioning means a rather noisy environment.

Esposito Agritourism is found in the commonwealth of Bibbona, Livorno at only 5 minutes by car from the sea of the Etruscan Coast. We give our guests the same genuine attention that we have always given for our land and country. Esposito: a relaxing stay in the hillside by the sea among the medieval boroughs and cities of art.... a genuine vacation getaway.

An old property full of charm and elegance, it embodies everything there is to love about Tuscany, from the fragrance and colourful harmony of nature down to the caved, shadowed and stylish appartments in this family property. Ideally located 10 minute drive from the lovely beaches of the Costa degli Etruschi, i.e. Heaven on Earth, it is the right spot to find out about the tuscanese culture, the hinterland, enjoy lovely villages such as Suvereto or simply relax on the beach or by the pool. The flowers, cypresses and landscape is simply spectactular. This place has a soul, which is why I have been back twice. There is still room for improvement, such as creating a dedicated car park to avoid the anarchy of car parking everywhere in the back yard near the oldest buildings, ensuring pristine cleanliness of the appartments or fully deserving the name of “Agriturismo” by actually proposing products from the farm: vino, olio, herbs, and so on and so forth. Other than that, this is an enchanting place which makes you want to stay here forever

Costa Etrusca Farm House is set on a gently rolling green hill, surrounded by beautiful woodsand cultivated, fertile land, andfacing the most beautiful part of the Tyrrhenian Sea. One's eye can reston the islandsof Corsica, Elba, and Capraia and can thenfollow the lovely sweep of the coast line until the Baratti Gulf. The swimming pool is situated to offer the most panoramic viewof the surrounding area, so that while swimming you can gazeat the sea, and be surrounded by gardens of olive trees, aromatic plants, roses and fragrant climbing plants. In winter, when the weather is too cold to for swimming in the farm's pool, one can visit Il Calidario, a natural warm water lake only 7 kms from the farm. One can walk or ride a bicycle or a horse while experiencing the beautiful, incredibly charming Mediterranean countryside, and the views of various impressive natural settings. The Val di Cornia Parks are only a few kms away. Visiting them one can viewthe remains of the ancient Etruscan society of this area, including copper, silver and precious marble implements and jewelry. The Parks also offer many other sightseeing opportunities: a strip of coastal humid forest with centuries-old oaks and ash trees; awoodsof chestnuts, holm oaks and oaks populated by roe deersand wild boars; alum pits; and a Napoleonic, mining village built by Elisa Bonaparte. Time can also be spent looking for regional products, visiting wine producers to taste fragrant wine, or walking around beautiful medieval villages and enjoying their colorful festivals. Or one can spend a relaxing time simply appreciating the natural charm and tranquility of Agriturismo Costa Etrusca welcomed by the warm hospitality of the owners, Serena and Fabrizio.

We truly enjoyed our seven nights at Campallegro, and we were very pleased to see the consistency of the facility, since nine years ago we initially stayed there when it had first opened. Things more or less look exactly as they were then. Campallegro has really matured into a very pleasant place. It was nice to begin with of course when it first opened, however the hedges and trees have now grown enough that one cannot see from the pool directly onto the terraces of the ground floor apartments. Granted at the time with three children between 6 and 12, we found that convenient, however now that the 6 year-old is 15 we don‘t need that anymore. This time we brought only the youngest. Marco has now included a pizza evening on Tuesday and a Tuscan barbecue on Thursday. He did all the cooking himself, and it was fantastic. Marco and his team were always very friendly. It was a very nice feeling to know that Marco was ready to help with any challenges his guests encountered. We arrived late in the afternoon on a Saturday, during high season and he was still able to find a decent table for us at a nearby restaurant. One of the guests had sudden car difficulties and needed repair work at a local garage in order to leave the next day. Marco took charge and ensured that the repair was made. We had the feeling that he is someone we can count on which, if you have a long ways, is always very comforting. The general atmosphere was very pleasant and we enjoyed getting to know the other guests especially during the dinner evenings. Our 15 year-old also got to know other teenagers from the Netherlands and Belgium. We highly recommend Campallegro.
