The state of Arizona is one that features a fantastic diversity of landscapes and areas of geological interest. North Arizona is famous for the Grand Canyon, a colorful chasm with steep rocky walls more than a mile deep and stretching some 277 miles alongside the Colorado River. Other notable destinations in North Arizona include Flagstaff set alongside the San Francisco Peaks which has the largest ponderosa pine forest, Museum of Northern Arizona, and is close to a number of national parks and monuments. On the south side of Arizona lies the city of Phoenix, the largest in Arizona. Notable day trips in Phoenix include the Heard Museum which is one of America's largest collections of Native American art, Phoenix Museum of History, as well as the Desert Botanical garden which has a great collection of desert plants.

My mother and I have been riding together since I was a small child and we decided to book a ride with Russ while we were in town. It was one of the best we have ever had! Russ is incredibly friendly, the scenery is beautiful, and his horses are well taken care of. Definitely recommend going with Trailhead Ranch if you are looking to ride.

Thank you, Jane, for providing a beautiful day for our AZ experience! Just joking but you did arrange the small group, the gullies and vistas. a wealth of knowledge about plants and animals and well cared for mounts. The highlight of the ride was the Desert Tortoise. He came out to say hello to these women from South Dakota. We loved it. The cost of this ride was very reasonable as we have ridden trail rides all over and have paid more other places. We would recommend to anyone that is considering a ride to contact you.

Amazing hour long ride with my girlfriend and I. Eddie was a great guide and taught us everything we needed to have an awesome free ride so that we were able to get up to a lop. Would definitely come back and encourage others to use this stable.

So many different trails to choose from - everyone welcome! There are short nature trails that are good for small kids & those with mobility issues up to 13+ miles. Bikes are ridden on this trail but only if you are really experienced - very loose, rocky soil. Be sure to take plenty of H2O, no matter the time of year. Also, don't bring the dog when it's above 90 degrees - too hot for them!
