In particular, I take people on wildlife safaris in the Forest of Dean to see wild boar, deer and other wildlife. During the spring I also take people out to hear birdsong and experience the dawn chorus. I have studied peregrine falcons for over 22 years researching what they eat and where they travel after leaving their nest as a young bird.

The Family Foraging Kitchen C.I.C. is a social enterprise providing wild food education across southeast Cornwall. We host a range of courses, teaching foraging classes, traditional countryside skills, and heritage crafts to groups both in the wild and at our education centre in Sheviock. Alongside these courses, we also run a number of community-focussed initiatives that each seek to reduce the severity of food poverty while simultaneously improving understanding of the local environment. We believe that by strengthening this connection between communities, their history, and the surrounding natural landscapes, we can tackle many of the issues facing our society today.
