Established in 1898, Poli Distillerie is an artisan-type company owned by the Poli family and located in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the most renowned region in Italy for Grappa production.The bulding of the Poli Distillery is considered to be of major historical interest because of its portico structure which is typical of the old Veneto rural dwellings.

From the very beginning, back in 1898, passion and curiosity led us to start the search for our own path, through the definition of our character and the pursuit of our unequivocal unique style. In our globalized age, we feel closer to the raising demand of knowledge and quality from both professionals and consumers. La nostra è una piccola distilleria a conduzione familiare; ci troviamo a Revò di Novella, nel cuore della Valle di Non. Ogni autunno raccogliamo la vinaccia che ci viene fornita dalle cantine e la distilliamo per ricavarne la nuova grappa. Produciamo Grappe Barrique, Classiche e alle Erbe. Oltre ai classici Liquori alla Frutta ed i più moderni Liquori d'Erbe: Cirmolo, Fieno Amaro e Liquirizia.
