One of the family members Marçal can show you around the property while explaining the secrets of Cava making. After tasting 3 different Cavas, you will get to know more about the local wines in an organic winery near Vilafranca del Penedès. Become familiar with organic winemaking and the biodynamic techniques used. The tasting includes at least 3 different wines to choose from. As Penedes is also known for its traditional cuisine, it will be time to head for some of Catalonia's best tapas. Then with our bellies full we will drive back to Barcelona where I will drop you off at your accommodation.
