Elena was an amazing tour guide. She is very knowledgeable and super nice. I had very limited time in Florence. But with her help, I had such a blast and definitely made the most of my trip. We had a wonderful day trip to Val d’Orcia with stops in Siena, Montalcino and Poggio Rubino winery today! Marco was an excellent driver, and such a warm and friendly person. As for his Mercedes van, it was clean, comfy and more than spacious for the 3 of us. Highly recommended and we ourselves will be sure to book Marco again when we come to Florence next! The visit is conceived as a trip through the wine world and history of the Antinori family, all briefly illustrated in the Cinzia Th. Torrini’s short movie dedicated to the family, “The Antinori: vintners since 1385”. At the end of the tour a tasting of some of our typical labels from the Tuscany and Umbria Estates: Achelo Cortona D.O.C. Syrah, Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C. and Villa Antinori Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva. The wines could change depending on the season and the availabilities. The visit lasts approximately an hour and a half.

This was our 2nd private tour that we did through Uniquetuscany (2017/2020). Our guide, Alessandro was very specific to the covid restrictions and offered us new masks during the day! He did a wonderful job explaining the history of the towns. Our highlight was the visit to Tuscany organic farm where we had our lunch with amazing view. We stopped at Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. There was a lot of walking and moving from in and out of the minivan so make sure you wear comfortable shoes. I definitely recommend this tour while visiting Florence since you get a lot of history while on the minivan to each town. Just not enough time in all the towns but 10 hours is a long day! still worth the trip! Highly recommended..

My wife and really enjoyed our trip to Iceland—and we GREATLY appreciate the incredible amount of effort that went into planning our trip. We are both vaccinated, but didn't know what to expect. Traveling itself was easier then we imagined. Firebird team helped us arrange PCR tests for arrival/departure, and shared all requirements that Iceland has for indoor outdoor mask requirements. Basically you need to wear mask inside in all public places, and should be wearing it outside, but most people usually don't have it on. Our guide and drivers always were wearing mask and had extra masks and cleaning solutions with them at all times, which we appreciate. We plan to use Firebird again in the near future. Thank you very much for everthing!

had small group vacation planned for last October. cancelled due to Covid. Was offered voucher or refund. told them we needed refund due to not knowing if we would be travelling within a year. was told they would refund our money. Still waiting on a refund of 2084 and 1500 Euros.. that was over 7 months ago when it was cancelled. numerous emails. most of the time no response. Was promised refund when the person handling our group returned to work. nothing yet... Was really looking forward to a great vacation.
