Booking-Tours's customer service team has the best and most caring and efficient operators in any travel business I have used. They have, without doubt, made every effort to secure a booking for our small group of friends, on the cruise we wanted and on the date we wanted. Despite this being booked out, Muhamed grabbed some cabins that were just released and held them for us. Not just he, but others such as Nadine, Ibrahim, and Ashraf in Cairo, did a fantastic job of always being on top of the situation and trying to secure for us What we wanted. Thanks, Muhamed for getting those places - exemplary service - and great pro-active work! I commend you to your boss as a great example of a valuable employee. BTW we have all booked and paid our deposits and the cabins have been confirmed. Looking forward to a great holiday. H. Else

Petra was only recently rediscovered by the western world. Recently it has been named one of the seven wonders of the world. Entering Petra through the Siq you will soon see why. The first look at the Treasury is astounding. The workmanship and the sheer size of the Treasury will amaze you. There is much to see in Petra, many more facades, tombs, a Roman theater, caves where they once buried the dead, and prayed over them, and much more. At one time the Nabateans controlled all of the water in the area, see the great water cisterns that they built.
Inclusions: Transfer, Local guide on Petra site, Lunch
Exclusions: Border fees - 65$ per person / Visa to Jordan - 75$ per person

In all my years of travel, this is the worst company I ever dealed with, In September I had to cancel because my airline el al didn't run plane's, I notified them timely to get my 2800 refund for 2 trips, they would not refund me only promised me that they are working on refunds, they said we can't put it in your credit card but we will wire to your bank acct. But said they can't do because of wrong information I gave. Recieved from the bank manager, still keeps on giving me run around. They will send reply now saying let's talk about this,we have been working with you,but that's just for print only. I have lost my money,I just want anybody who books to know you will not be refunded for large payments, just be careful, 391 terrible ratings is not good for any company, I learned my lesson never to deal with a company with that many bad ratings. Be careful.

The day tour to Jerusalem and Bethlehem was very interesting. The group was quite small and we got a great overview of the history and tensions between Israel and Palestine. Amir Call Or was a great guide. I would book a tour with him again anytime. For the Bethlehem part and we also had a local guide who arranged for us to visit the tomb of Jesus without waiting in line. I highly recommend Bein Harim Tourism Services.
Take a tour to Masada, one of the most visited sites in Israel. Alight Masada in a cable car, or take a walk up the winding path. The view from the top is astounding. Tour Masada with a professional tour guide. See the bath houses, the synagogue, the Roman barracks, the water cisterns, and much more. Drive to the Dead Sea to soak in the therapeutic waters.
