Our beautiful holiday village is quaint and peaceful, located in the affluent seaside town of Seaview on the Isle of Wight.
Stayed at Seaview Holidays for a short family get away, 3 nights in a 3 room cottage. Arrived to a warm friendly welcome from the team, who were more than happy to help point us in the direction of some local places to eat. The cottage itself was incredibly clean, with all the basics needed for a short break. downstairs rooms were spacious, and the living area was big enough for the 4 of us (plus baby!). Lovely spacious decking area, overlooking the nature reserve. Cafe Blue (the on-site cafe / bar for guests) was clean, tidy and could be a good place to a tea and slice of cake. Great value, would definitely stay again. two really minor things to point out, the upstairs bedroom is spacious but the staircase to them is very narrow with steep steps, so might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. The second being the access to the properties, the gravel is lovely but with a pushchair it could be difficult getting to and from the car park to your cottage. Introducing a paved area to get to the vast majority of the complex would help make things easier for all. All in all, a great value stay, excellent staff and spotlessly clean all round. Would definitely stay again, 100%

A large room which was extremely comfortable with views over the garden. No street lights or vehicles a great place for a 4 night staycation. We wanted good seafood and were unable to get a table at The Crab & Lobster a great local restaurant and on hearing this, Hayley, our host, contacted them, as they are good friends and they managed a lunch table for us on the following day. The breakfast was cooked to order and it showed, we had a very relaxing few days.

A warm welcome greeted us at Our Guesthouse Nest. A lovely room with everything you needed and more I particularly loved the trolley full of treats for all times of the day. I couldn't fault the breakfast, cleanliness or overall quality of the guest house. Such a wonderful find with lovely hosts. Mick Nurse

Award winning Nettlecombe Farm is an idyllic dog friendly farm stay that offers luxurious self-catering holiday cottages that can sleep families from 3 up to 10 on the stunning Isle of Wight. There are excellent facilities for children including three large grassed play areas and a petting farm with a wide variety of animals including reindeer, alpacas and donkeys (to name just a few!). Nettlecombe Farm is a working farm, nestled in the heart of rolling countryside, which you may not want to leave once you arrive. During your stay families can join the morning feeding tours on the farm, experiencing a day in the life of a farmer. I never normally review but Nettlecombe was outstanding on their accommodation/ kids activities. Simple but comfortable with everything we could need in faculties/equipment they had thought of everything from a cuppa on arrival, to dishwasher tabs ( I always forget these!) and treasure hunts and endless activities for the kids on the farm. They loved it and we adults got a valuable break whilst they were entertained! Playground, excellent, all the ride on tractors and fun for the kiddies. Thank you to the team for all their support and flexibility for our group!!! We will be back next time we visit the island!!! Thank you

Welcome to Hucklesbrook Farm, we have 3 New Forest Holiday Cottages behind our beautiful 17th century farmhouse. Each sleeps 5 guests plus baby, cot and highchair supplied. The cottages are fully equipped with a private garden to each with lawn, patio and garden furniture. 25 minutes from Salisbury and the South Coast beaches.
Debbie was a lovely host and the cottage was immaculate. There was everything we needed. Thank you for the lovely tea, coffee and biscuits! We slept really well, it is beautifully quiet and the beds, are very comfy and extremely clean. Lovely bath with plenty of hot water and great en-suite shower. The maps and useful tourist information were very helpful and we had very competitive games of scrabble! The kids loved the table tennis and table football. We enjoyed the short walk past the ponies to the farm shop and great cafe just down the road where we ate some very tasty triple cheese burgers and chips. We also bought some lovely food to cook back at the cottage. Local honey was very nice! We really enjoyed playing in the river and collecting the eggs from the chickens- great idea! Our little one loved the slide too. We visited Hurst for a great day out at the beach with fish and chips and ice cream, Linford bottom for a great forest walk and Paultons park to finish of the holiday- it was wonderful! We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a great stay ?

We Went with our two young children 5 and 3 years and stayed at the Mole Hill bell tent. We got the add on mountain package with the bed linen etc. It was immaculate. Everything we needed was there and was a great ‘camping’ experience. We initially booked for 1 night only and extended our stay another night. Loved the set up so much!! We had only stayed in cabins previously in other areas with our two children and this was a giant leap towards staying in a tent but was made super easy woth this setup. Camping experience without having to set it up and moreover, no need to Unpitch a wet tent ? It rained in the night on our second night but we all throughly loved it! The kids were overjoyed with the sound of rain on the tent and the thunder and lightning whilst we we all in there super cosy. The playground past the cabins is fantastic! Well designed and our kids certainly loved it. Lots of walks around the area with a Public footpath too. We didn’t venture too far but there are lots of interesting things to do around. The toilets and bath facilities area is very tidy and cleaned regularly. The family area is an excellent idea. We didn’t miss having an en-suite because of it. Pub in the village is really good too we had lunch on the second day. Thank you Ruth & Steve for an excellent setup and we could certainly see all the hard work and thought you have put into this. Certainly will recommend to our friends and family and return here ourselves.
