Food writer and cookbook author Rosa Jackson has lived in France since 1995 and studied at the Cordon Bleu before creating her market tour company Edible Paris and opening her Nice cooking school Les Petits Farcis. A huge homemade breakfast will be prepared for you including pastries, cakes, pies, fresh and warm croissants and some surprises depending on the mood of your baker ;-) some savories are at the table. If you've got any allergy, yes, there is a way that I could adapt my recipes because it's so good. You just have to inform me in advance and a cake without flourishing in France, nothing is impossible ;-)

I studied wine in Spain, France and Portugal. Then I produced wine in one of the chateaux of Bordeaux, worked in the oldest wine chateau of Nice, in a chain of gastronomic shops and was engaged in the commercial representation of one of the champagne houses. I worked as a tour guide and was engaged in a project of audio guides creation in different cities and museums.
