We were recommended this cooking class from other travellers who had been to Jodhpur, who said it was a must do. We decided to take part in a class, and we are glad we did. We had so much fun, Rekha was amazing, shes an incredibly talented cook and a very funny lady. You get to make some absolutely delicious Indian food, some snacks, several curries, lassi, chai ect.... it was a fantastic experience and I’ll be recommending it to anyone who’s going to jodhpur.

Wow! What an incredible experience it was cooking with Aastha, I was blown away by the preparation Aastha had done to cater to my dietary requirements (gluten free) by teaching us to make bajra chapati and porridge- made from millet flour. Finding new ingredients within Indian cooking that are naturally gluten free has inspired me to experiment with my cooking back in the U.K. All of the curries were delicious, nutritious and Aastha really took the time to show us every stage of the traditional Rajasthani cooking techniques. I have travelled India 4 times and this was a really special day/meal! Thank you ????????
