Stayed here a couple of nights in return to Japan with family. This is a very convenient hotel near Shinjuku station. That makes traveling around Tokyo area a breeze. The is staff is extremely courteous and always very helpful beside language difficulties. One person who deserve a particular mention is the Indian girl who supported with an excellent command of English and did a smooth checkout with some hotel souvenirs. Suggestions - Improve WIFI speed since there were some problems in connecting to Zoom.

13-minute from Tokyo station by JR Soubu-line and 1-minute walk from Shinkoiwa JR station. Have a comfortable time with mini kitchen and coin laundry.
Not a four star establishment to say the least but if you need to be in this area and you’re on a budget this could be worth a look. Hotel really provides no service at all except a room and that includes clean up during your stay. However the clean small rooms provide all you need. A good supermarket over the road provides great food or there’s plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. Shinkoiwa station is two minutes away providing access to airports and downtown. I will be staying again.

Great rooms and great price! They have movies and video games to rent too! The rooms are very clean and are very spacious if you get the larger rooms. Breakfast is an awesome Japanese style and you are greeted with very friendly staff!

Indien gewenst elke dag schone handdoeken.

Our room rates are consistently the best bargain for weekly hotel stays in the Tokyo area.
The hotel is located in a largely residential neighborhood in Asakusa. Like most of Tokyo, the area is safe and clean. If you know EXACTLY where you're going, the location is not all that bad. It's about a 15-minute walk to Sensoji Temple, lots of stores and the Metro but you need a treasure map to find it. I walked there many times during my stay and even using a smartphone GPS app, it's difficult to find without making at least one or two wrong turns. There were two chain convenience stores within a few blocks. Most everything else was a decent walk. The lobby is up one level and the desk is not staffed 24 hours though I believe staff can be reached at any time. They were friendly and spoke some English. There is an elevator. Room had a bed, desk, window with somewhat of a view, old fridge, old microwave (that was malfunctioning) and a TV with few channels, all Japanese. Bed was fairly comfy though bedding was only an undersized comforter. A/C worked OK. WiFi was OK. Furnishings were old but room was fairly clean. Bathroom had a small but deep shower/tub. Could have been a little cleaner. Toiletries included a toothbrush and razor. Lights worked. You had to lock the door with a key when you left which was not convenient or very safe as I suspect many people think hotel doors lock behind them, even if they aren't deadbolted. For a city short on space and where many businessmen sleep in capsules, this definitely was a good deal. I would always sacrifice location for space.

I was a little concerned at first. Very rarely do i stay in a hotel with an average TA rating of only 3 dots (usually i go for at least 4 dots). Well, for the price, i think this property is a very good deal. The room was clean. I believe this is an apartment building converted into a hotel. It feels more like staying in your own private apartment with a keypad to access your room. The room is small but we only needed the night to sleep for the next morning's flight to Haneda airport. Surprisingly, the room is very well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, fridge and a kitchen sink. All the toiletries for your room are available at the foyer's lift landing. If i were to come back to stay longer term in Tokyo, i'd definitely consider this place again.
