Residence L'Incanto offers guests all the comfort and intimacy of home combined with an outstanding location above the Bay of Naples. The self catering apartments are located on three levels of a charming property built out of tufo - typical volcanic stone from the Vesuvio area - in the style of 800 Epoque (no elevator). They are fully furnished - with colourful sofas - and offer air conditioning - central heating - bed linen and towels and a well equipped kitchenette. The location is ideal for travellers seeking peace and quiet in a breathtaking position - the apartments are situated between the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast and within easy reach of the delights of Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Pompei and Naples - to name just a few. Guests who choose L'Incanto for their holiday are well placed to enjoy the natural beauty of both the mountains and the sea and they are welcome to use the nearby outdoor swimming pool between June 15th and September 10th (extra charge). Recommended own car (free parking along the street or extra charge in a private parking nearby). Check-in 3.00/8.00p.m., required expected time of arrival (arrival after 8.00 p.m. extra charge).
I stayed for 3 nights as I was on business in the local area and the residence l'incanto was a wonderful base. The owner, Antonio, was quick to respond to queries and was always helpful. The bed was comfy, the view fantastic and the shower very good quality. If I return to the area I will most likely visit again.

Moderns and comfortables bungalows in stone are ready to give hospitality to customers with 2/6 bedden rooms. The structures are equipped with shower, wc, small kitchen (included corckery and cutlery), Refrigerator. In all the bungalows there is air conditioning. The village is far from the city traffic, on a flat platform on the sea.In the centre of the village there is the swimming pool (10x25 mt.) Open from the end of May to the begin of october.Piano di Sorrento is a quiet place but offer a simple acces to cultural and fun places.
There is not much positives I can say for Sopramare Resort. I will say two positive things - the staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated my food intolerance of gluten free and got some gluten free items for the breakfast which I appreciated as I had paid for the breakfast ahead of my visit. My partner and I stayed in a Bungalow which was more of a cabin (booked via a deal). It looked like something out of a American camp for children. Two single pets were push together to make a double. The beds were rock hard and made for a very difficult night sleep. My partner and I were stiff the next morning. There was no lamp or bin in the room. We left the toilet light on at night to make our way to the toilet safely, to avoid bashing on toes on the steel rim of the bed. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was warm. We ran out of toilet paper and it was not replaced during the room being serviced so we had to go and ask for a roll of toilet paper. We were excited to spend a day by the pool relaxing on our holiday only to find the pool out of use. The staff couldn’t say why it was out of use. Meaning we had to walk 20 minutes to a beach to relax and pay for the privilege of a sun lounger. I would not recommend SopraMare Resort to anyone and the breakfast for those that pay (rip off) is mainly cornflakes and croissants.

We had several problems right from the beginning: - we’ve spoken with them on booking messenger that we were going to arrive at 3 pm and they confirmed it was ok. We arrived at 3:10 and no one was there or answeared on the phone. At 3:30 they sent a message that they would arrive in 5 and they come in 15..so we had a 40 min wait in front of the door with a 4 yo tired little boy. They were smiling as nithig happened. - the hair dryer was broken. It had the cover of the fan missing and I caught my hair inside, forcing me to cut the entire piece of hair, close to the roots. This is very dangerous! - The mirrors on the wall are not properly fixed and it has almost fallen on my son. Luckily, I caught it in the air. This is also extremely dangerous!!! - The faucet from the bathroom was also broken. Every time we washed our hands, the water was splashed everywhere, making an entire mess both in the bathroom and then in the room, because we hadn’t had a mop. This problem applied for all the faucet, but this was the most annoying. Probably it had to be opened and cleaned by the liitle stones deposit! - We noticed them all these problems, but no one answeared. - The room was not properly cleaned. - The electric wires in the bathroom looked dangerous. - The noise of the traffic was terrible during the night. Just 1-2 hours of silence/night. - we paid on cash at our arrival and they didn’t returned our deposit until my husband requested it back. Moreover, after this, they canceled the booking, even we were in our 3rd day there. It is not clear if they did it to avoid our review or to avoid booking taxes.

Ótimas acomodações. Dois dormitórios, banheiro, cozinha, varanda e sala tudo muito bem equipado. A 500 metros do centro. Os proprietários, Stefania e Sergio são muito atenciosos. Ótima relação custo-benefício. Vaga na garagem do prédio ao custo de EUR 15,00 ao dia. Muito seguro.

We stayed at the Palazzo Sassi hotel for two weeks, and they were amazing. All is wonderful about this place: beach in 5 min, bus stop in a minute, train station may be in 10.(We have never faced to a big delay of the buses or trains, by the way!). So this is very easy from this location to reach all the destinations you need-Vesuvius, Napoli, Sorrento etc There is a very nice restaurant opposite the hotel, and there are few more at the beach, some with the gorgeous sea view! Not far away there are a few shops, pharmacy with all you need. And the hotel itself: is a clean place, with everyday room service; quiet. Our room was with a balcony -which was perfect for taking some tea or meal in a shade during the day or in the evening. There are very kind and always helpful ladies work there! Francesca with Carmen (who fluently speaks English) and Federica! Thank you, ladies for our warm stay at your place:)! So we definitely and highly recommend Palazzo Sassi as a place to stay!

The place is very well located, apartments are very modern and comfortable for families and kids. From the service perspective every detail is covered by Giulia and the team. A welcome basket with all you need for the first hours there, organization of transfers and flexibility with the requests makes, for me, Regginé a perfect place to stay during your visit to Sorrento area. You can see when something is made with passion and love.

Booked it over Hotels.com where it has a 4.1 out of 5 rating. Was offered at a secret price which I must say was very enticing for the area. The pictures looked very nice , great views from the terrace offered a bar/ lounge and convenient location for boarding a Sita Bus . All together a deal that was too good to be true and so it was. While the lady who greeted us was trying very hard to make us feel comfortable it was a hard sell. First it is a 3 story climb to get up to the rooms with no elevators or help with luggage. The building itself must be under construction because everything is shrouded in cloth. The terrace does not have those inviting little tables as pictured but seating with very faded and in the mornings wet cushions ( because they are not removed at night ) so one cannot use them and one large wooden dining table with chairs. The ocean view shown from the balconies are just from one room. But the worst off all are the mattresses. Squeaky and lumpy. Had to use the AC rather than enjoy a nice night breeze due to the numerous dogs barking and noise from the busy road. We hardly slept the first night, a little better the 2nd most likely because of our exhaustion walking stairs up and down in Positano. The Breakfast provided was plenty and of good variety, including fresh buns, croissants, salami, cheese, yoghurt, jams, juice , coffee or tea. There was no bar/ lounge, the closest restaurant, Zio Sam , about an 8 Minute walk down hill and uphill going back .
