We was in Sao Paulo for three nights, had there 2 rooms which was small but clean, the breakfast was Ok,connected to the hotel you have a nice big shopping mall which is good, the wi-fi is free in the hotel just ask the reception for the password. Maybe the city of Sao Paulo is too big for as cause was so much traffic in the morning, but you have to go there and visit it...i recommend Mega Polo cause worth the price and is clean, staff was polite and simpatic...book and enjoy your stay in the city

It's a simple hotel, huge rooms, it's just like a small apartment. The bathtub with stairs is a problem for an older person or with some kind of mobility problem. I really liked the room size, I think they could leave more snacks and drink options in the kitchen. Front desk crew could be more polite, when I checked out I didn't hear a simple "thank you".

Good breakfast, renovated room, great location but... because they're always a buuuut... very close to the airport with Landings and takeoffs every 3 minutes makes everyone goes crazy. So, bring your earplugs or choose other location

The Premium Flats Berrini is a 4-star International Suite Hotel with 30m2, 35m3 and 70m2 apartments.
I stayed at this hotel for a week, rooms are in need of an update and some rooms set up are less than great as the TV is installed on the living room area with no visibility from the bed. Daily cleaning is ok I did not feel like I was getting back to a fresh and clean room as I usually feel in other hotels, bed sheets were never changed throughout the 7 nights stay I made sure to put the towels on the floors so they be changed when needed. Front desk customer service lacks they only have 1 person at all times so there is a line often. Not sure if they speak English either as I speak Portuguese. Breakfast was good always replenished and with plenty of choices. Location is great close enough to Avenida Berrine but away from all the traffic craziness. Valet service was really great those guys had the best customer service skills in the hotel it was nice to just drop off the car and call for it when needed as it is almost impossible to find parking on the street. Parking costs R$20.00 a day also not noted anywhere found out when I got there but well worth it and I believe reasonably priced to according to the area.

I stayed in this apart-hotel for two nights as I participated in a professional event for translators at a nearby location. I was aware of this hotel as I used to live in the area. PROS: 1. The room was very nice and spacious, could easily take two people. They said you could get three in a room but can't see how. It is a suite of two rooms, one being a living room with minibar, television, sofa, and table. The other is a spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Two windows with good view of the street in front. 2. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Ketelin and André at reception and Beth and Paula in the breakfast room/kitchen. I am mobility-impaired (I use crutches) and they kindly got my breakfast for me. 3. The location is convenient for the city centre, Liberdade (Japanese district) and Bixiga. Easy access by bus from CGH (5185 bus, 40 minutes). Taxis easily available, and the hotel staff will call a taxi on request. However, the district is dangerous so don't go out at night unless absolutely necessary and unless a taxi collects you at the door. CONS: 1. Could not get the television to work, it is one of these complicated gadgets with zillions of buttons. No manual or instructions supplied. In the end, they got it to work - but for some reason the television did not have channel 189 (Discovery ID), can't imagine why. 2. No room-cleaning on Sundays, and neither is the minibar filled on that day. I spent two days there without any Coke in the minibar - just water and beer. Asked for the minibar to be filled, but nothing was done. 3. Breakfast with little variety, they didn't even have 'prato' cheese. Two types of fruit juice available: orange and one other. Only one hot dish, the scrambled eggs and sausages that you see at almost any hotel in Brazil. Coffee is available at all times. However, the chocolate and 'mandioca' cakes were delicious. 4. No nonslip carpets in showers. I nearly had a very bad fall which would have caused serious injury (the shower compartment is made of glass) - I am unable to walk or stand up a lot, as I had a partial foot amputation. Overall a pleasant place to stay, but there is room for improvement. The lack of nonslip surfaces in the bathrooms is particularly serious.

This is not a luxury place by any means, but it is in a convenient location. It's easy to get taxis to where you want to go, and you can walk very easily to MASP, Trianon etc. Housekeeping was good, but the front desk girl was not all that interested in helping us. I was with someone who spoke Portuguese, so it wasn't just a language issue. The breakfast was adequate, but the refrigeration on some perishable items was questionable. All in all, I'd say that this is no-frills lodging of good value in a fine location (across from Maksoud Plaza, and costs a lot less!).

Checking into this hotel is akin to checking into a prison. The staff are blunt and rude as it is not an official hotel and sit behind a fortified wall with poor english and demand docuemnts and then say to check whatsapp...if traveling without data ona phone then the issues start. BUilding is undergoing badly needed refurb so its messy. In the end we had requested 2 beds and got one so had to check out and find a safer/nicer hotel in the area of which there are plenty. Cheap but there is a reason for that.

I've got the Luxury room - was super spacious and clean. Also - was very quite. The area is okay - you just need to go in the right direction - like everywhere in Rio - when going out of the Hotel just don't turn Left as this area looks as not safe. In terms of amenities - there is a mini bar as well. The hotel staff speaks Portuguese only so make sure to come with a translator.
